Blueberry Hill Images by Jennifer Blake

Joyful storytelling photos for busy families

I'm Jenn, a mom of two girls living in Oromocto, New Brunswick, Canada. I'm a 90s child full of nostalgia. My house is always messy and I can't cook, but our house is full of love and chaos and silliness and I wouldn't change a thing. We love going on adventures (whether that be hiking to a waterfall, playing at the beach or going to a new park), but we also spend full afternoons on our devices yelling funny memes to each other from one room to another. We also have a cat named Millie who thinks she is the boss of the house.

I fell in love with documentary photography when I realized I cared more about the moments and the details than about making technically perfect images. I love photographing children playing, parents who aren't paying attention to the camera and all the everyday stuff we take for granted. I love the messiness of real life and strive to make my photographs show that.
